HEATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR FROZEN MEALS
 CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
Microwave Oven
- Lift corner of film or pierce film in several places. Heat on high 7-9 minutes depending on wattage of microwave.
- To test if meal is hot enough - feel under the tray and if there are any cool spots, reheat for another minute.
- Carefully peel off film. Meal can be eaten from tray.
Conventional Oven (Stove)
- Preheat oven to moderate 200c.
- Place meal on oven tray and heat for 30-40 minutes.
- Lift corner of film carefully to release steam and then peel back film to eat.
