ABOUT THE MEAL
 Single Serve Meals are balanced and nutritious. Each
meal is a cooked and frozen meal for one, complete
with vegetables.
The meals come in an individual tray and can be
heated easily in a microwave, conventional oven or
toaster oven.
There is an extensive menu to choose
from, which is available as a separate menu/order
form, and includes a selection of desserts.
